FRANCESCA BELTRAN is a photographer working across fashion, documentary and portraiture. Her work explores questions of belonging, identity, memory and impermanence.
Her personal projects are photographed on film and hand-printed in the darkroom, in order to bring back physicality to the act of making an image and resist the instantaneity and mass production that increasingly define contemporary photography.
She is based between Paris and Mexico City, and is available for commissions worldwide.
